The story behind Shkudo
Shkudo was born from a simple, urgent observation: today’s employees face real challenges—burnout, discrimination, bullying, and mental strain—but often don’t know where to turn or feel unsure about speaking up. At the same time, HR teams are stretched thin and often brought in too late.
We created Shkudo to change that.
Shkudo is a proactive, human-first platform that supports both employees and companies—before small issues become serious problems.
Our goal is to make early intervention simple, confidential, and effective. We believe a healthy workplace culture starts with trust, and trust begins with being heard.
Our team brings together psychologists, legal advisors, technologists, and workplace experts.
We’ve designed Shkudo based on real-world research and real conversations—with people on both sides of the table: HR leaders and employees alike.
This is more than a product. It’s a tool for change.

Shkudo was founded in Zurich by Vasco Furrer and a small team of experts in law, psychology, and digital design.
Together, they shared a belief that early support can transform how companies handle conflict and care for their teams. What began as a conversation has grown into a focused, mission-driven company working to bring long-term change to the workplace.
